Import testimonials

Dashboard → Import brings in social posts, reviews from 24 sites, scheduled Auto-Import sources, CSV/Excel/JSON files and screenshots.

Paste a public x.com or twitter.com post URL in Dashboard → Import → Social Media → Twitter to import its full text, author, avatar and embedded tweet.

Paste a public LinkedIn post URL in Dashboard → Import → Social Media → LinkedIn to import its text, author, photo and any attached image or video.

Paste a public Instagram post or reel URL in Dashboard → Import → Social Media → Instagram to import it as an approved testimonial with the post embedded.

Paste a public TikTok video URL in Dashboard → Import → Social Media → TikTok to import its caption and author, with the video embedded on your wall.

Enter your brand under Dashboard → Import → Social Media → Auto-discovered and click Discover Now to find public posts that mention you, then import them.

Click Google Reviews in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, search your business name, pick it, then tick the reviews to import. No Google login.

Click G2, Trustpilot, Capterra or Yelp in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, paste your review page URL, then tick the reviews you want to import.

Connect a review page in Dashboard → Import → Auto-Import, choose Daily or Weekly, and new reviews are added to your space for you to approve.

Click Upload CSV in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, add a CSV, Excel or JSON file, map columns (only name is required) and import every row.

There's no Facebook button in Dashboard → Import. Upload a screenshot on Manual → Screengrabs, or try a public post URL with the Any URL option.

Click YouTube in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other and paste a video link to import up to 500 of its comments as text testimonials.

Click Reddit in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other and paste a thread URL; the post and its comments load so you can pick which to import.

Click ProductHunt in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other and paste your producthunt.com/posts or /products URL to import launch comments.

Click Capterra in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, paste your capterra.com/p/ product URL, then pick which reviews to import.

Click Yelp in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, paste your yelp.com/biz/ page URL, and pick which of the business's reviews to import.

Click Amazon in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, paste your product page URL (amazon.com/dp/ASIN), then pick the reviews you want to import.

Click App Store in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other and paste your apps.apple.com link; reviews come from Apple's public RSS feed.

Click Google Play in Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other, paste your play.google.com app URL, then pick which Android reviews to import.

Upload screenshots on Dashboard → Import → Manual → Screengrabs; each image becomes its own testimonial, with the quote, name and rating read by AI.

Dashboard → Import → History lists the last 50 imports in your space with status, results and errors. Deleting an entry keeps the testimonials.

Export your Senja testimonials to a spreadsheet, upload it with Upload CSV in Dashboard → Import, add videos as files, then swap your embed code.
