Importing testimonials from various sources is a breeze with VideoTestimonials. Here's how you can import testimonials from social media, review sites, and more.

Import Methods Overview

The Import page has five tabs you'll see at the top:

  1. Social Media โ€” paste a post URL from Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the other social platforms listed under Auto-discovered.
  2. Reviews & Other โ€” Google Reviews, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Yelp, Amazon, App Store, Google Play, Product Hunt, Reddit, YouTube, and many more review sites. An Any URL option is the fallback for anything else.
  3. Auto-Import โ€” connect a review source URL that the system re-scrapes daily or weekly.
  4. Manual โ€” CSV bulk upload and single-testimonial entry, including screengrab OCR.
  5. History โ€” review every past import, re-run, or see error details.
