You can import LinkedIn posts (including video posts) as testimonials. We fetch the post text, author name and photo, and the post's image or video.
The LinkedIn post must be public. Posts inside private groups, company-only posts, or posts that require you to be logged in cannot be imported. If the post isn't public, ask the author to change visibility or capture it with Manual screengrab import.
How to import a LinkedIn post
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Social Media.
- Click the LinkedIn platform button.
- Paste the LinkedIn post URL — for example
https://www.linkedin.com/posts/username_activity-1234567890. - Click Import. That's it.
The post is imported as an approved testimonial and appears as a card on the Social Media tab marked On wall (click that badge to take it off the wall). It's also listed in your Overview tab, where you can edit it or add tags.

What gets imported
- Post text (up to 2,000 characters)
- Author name
- Author profile photo (where public)
- Post image, shown on the testimonial card
- Attached video (if the post contains one and it can be downloaded, the testimonial becomes a video testimonial)
