Step-by-Step Guide to Import Reviews
Follow these steps to import reviews from your desired platform:
1. Access the Import Feature
- Log in to your VideoTestimonials account at https://app.videotestimonials.video.
- Navigate to the Import section from the dashboard.
2. Choose Your Platform
- In the Import section, select the platform from which you want to import reviews. The available options include:
- G2
- Trustpilot
- Capterra
- Yelp
3. Provide the Required URL
- Enter the URL of the review page you wish to scrape. Make sure the URL is correct and points directly to the reviews section of the platform.
4. Start the Import Process
- Click Import Reviews. We scrape every review on the page automatically — there's no "number of pages" setting, the scraper walks the full listing on your behalf.
- You don't need to be logged into G2, Trustpilot, Capterra, or Yelp yourself. Our scrapers use residential proxies and unblocker tech to fetch public review pages directly, so no account or cookie is required on your end.
