Import Instagram posts and reels as testimonials to showcase authentic customer experiences on your platform.

Import Instagram posts and reels as testimonials to showcase authentic customer experiences on your platform.

The Instagram post or reel must be public. Private accounts, Close Friends posts, and Stories cannot be imported. If the post isn't public, ask the author to make it public or use Manual screengrab import instead.

How to Import Testimonials from Instagram

  1. Go to Dashboard → Import → Social Media.
  2. Click the Instagram platform button.
  3. Paste the Instagram post or reel URL — for example https://www.instagram.com/p/abc123/ or https://www.instagram.com/reel/abc123/.
  4. Click Import.

The testimonial appears in your Overview tab. You can edit it, add tags, or click Add to Wall to publish.

What gets imported

  • Post caption text
  • Author handle and display name (where public)
  • Author profile photo (where public)
  • Original post date
  • Instagram oEmbed iframe so the post renders with its original media
