iOS app reviews are one of the cleanest ways to showcase customer love. VideoTestimonials uses Apple's official RSS feed to import them — no scraping, no API key needed.
How to import App Store reviews
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other.
- Click the App Store tile and paste your app's App Store URL, for example
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/your-app/id1234567890. - Click Import testimonials, then tick the reviews you want and click Import.
Supported URL formats
https://apps.apple.com/<country>/app/<slug>/id<app-id>- The country code (
us,gb,de, etc.) tells us which regional store to pull from. Without one, the US store is used.
What gets imported
- Review text
- Reviewer display name
- Star rating (out of 5)
- Review date
Reviews are pulled newest first from Apple's feed.
Multi-country imports
Apple's feed is region-specific. If your app is big in multiple countries, run the import once per country URL. Reviews already in your space are skipped as duplicates.
