iOS app reviews are one of the cleanest ways to showcase customer love. VideoTestimonials uses Apple's official RSS feed to import them — no scraping, no API key needed.
How to import App Store reviews
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other.
- Paste your app's App Store URL, for example
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/your-app/id1234567890. - Click Import.
Supported URL formats
https://apps.apple.com/<country>/app/<slug>/id<app-id>- Country code is required (
us,gb,de, etc.) — it tells us which regional store to pull from.
What gets imported
- Review title and body
- Reviewer display name
- Star rating (out of 5)
- App version reviewed
- Review date
- Country / region (imported as a tag)
Multi-country imports
Apple's feed is region-specific. If your app is big in multiple countries, run the import once per country URL and combine the results in VideoTestimonials using tags.
