How to import Play Store reviews
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other.
- Paste your app's Play Store URL, for example
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yourapp. - Click Import.

What gets imported
- Review text
- Reviewer display name and avatar
- Star rating (out of 5)
- Helpful count (social proof)
- Device type (imported as a tag)

Rate limits
Google Play throttles aggressive scraping. VideoTestimonials batches requests and rotates through a proxy pool, so you'll rarely see failures. If an import returns fewer reviews than expected, retry in a few minutes.
