How to import Product Hunt reviews
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other.
- Paste your Product Hunt product URL, for example
https://www.producthunt.com/products/your-product/reviews. - Click Import.
We fetch every public review from the launch/product page in one pass.

What gets imported
- Review text
- Reviewer name and avatar
- Star rating (if any)
- Hunter / Maker badges (added as tags)
- Review date
Developer token (may be required)
We first try to fetch reviews from Product Hunt's public frontend GraphQL endpoint. For some products that doesn't work and Product Hunt's official API is required. In those cases you'll be asked to paste a Developer Token — you can generate one at https://www.producthunt.com/v2/oauth/applications. The free tier covers most launches.
Note: tokens generated this way can return reviewer names as [REDACTED] — that's a Product Hunt privacy limitation (usernames only surface with user-level OAuth).
