Import testimonials from TikTok

Short answer

VideoTestimonials imports public TikTok videos by URL. Open Dashboard → Import → Social Media, click TikTok, paste a tiktok.com/@user/video/ link and click Import. TikTok's oEmbed data supplies the caption, author name, handle and thumbnail, and the video plays as a TikTok embed on your Wall of Love. The testimonial is approved right away. Private and Friends-only videos can't be imported.

You can import TikTok videos as testimonials. We fetch the video caption, author name and handle, and the embedded player so the video plays back on your Wall of Love.

The TikTok video must be public. Private or "Friends only" videos can't be imported. If the video isn't public, ask the creator to make it public or use Manual screengrab import.

How to import a TikTok video

  1. Go to Dashboard → Import → Social Media.
  2. Click the TikTok platform button.
  3. Paste the video URL — for example https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890.
  4. Click Import.

The video is imported as an approved testimonial and appears as a card on the Social Media tab marked On wall (click that badge to take it off the wall). It's also listed in your Overview tab, where you can edit it or add tags.

What gets imported

  • Video caption
  • Author handle and display name
  • Video thumbnail
  • TikTok embed so the video plays back in place
