You can import TikTok videos as testimonials. We fetch the video caption, author name, avatar, and the embedded player so the video plays back on your Wall of Love.
The TikTok video must be public. Private or "Friends only" videos can't be imported. If the video isn't public, ask the creator to make it public or use Manual screengrab import.
How to import a TikTok video
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Social Media.
- Click the TikTok platform button.
- Paste the video URL — for example
https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890. - Click Import.
The testimonial appears in your Overview tab. You can edit it, add tags, or click Add to Wall to publish.
What gets imported
- Video caption
- Author handle and display name
- Author avatar
- Original post date
- TikTok oEmbed iframe so the video plays back in place
