Reddit is a goldmine for candid, honest feedback. When a user writes a glowing comment about your product in a subreddit, you can import it as a testimonial.
How to import a Reddit post or comment
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Reviews & Other.
- Click the Reddit tile and paste the Reddit thread URL, for example
https://www.reddit.com/r/saas/comments/abc123/how_we_used_x_to_grow/. - Click Import testimonials, then tick the items you want and click Import.
We pull the post and its comments; you choose which ones become testimonials.
Supported URL formats

https://www.reddit.com/r/<sub>/comments/<id>/<slug>/ - Direct comment permalinks also work.
What gets imported
- Post and comment text
- Username (imported as customer name —
u/<username>) - Post or comment date
Which comments are imported
We pull the comments the thread page shows, skipping very short ones. Comments aren't filtered by score or by whether they mention your brand, so untick any you don't want in the preview before importing. You can also delete unwanted ones from your Overview after the import lands.
Getting permission
Comments on Reddit are public but users own their text. Before publishing a Reddit testimonial publicly on your site, DM the redditor and get their okay. Most people are happy to be quoted.
