You can import any public tweet as a testimonial in a single click. We fetch the full tweet text, author name, avatar, and the official embed so the tweet renders properly on your Wall of Love.
How to import a tweet
- Go to Dashboard → Import → Social Media.
- Click the Twitter platform button.
- Paste the tweet URL — for example
https://x.com/elonmusk/status/1234567890. - Click Import. That's it.
The testimonial appears in your Overview tab. You can edit it, add tags, or click Add to Wall to publish it.
What gets imported
- ✅ Full tweet text (no "Read more" truncation — we use the fxtwitter API to get the complete text)
- ✅ Author name and handle
- ✅ Author avatar
- ✅ Original post date
- ✅ Embed HTML so the tweet renders with its media on your Wall

Tips
- For tweets with videos, the embed plays the video natively. You don't need to download anything.
- For tweets containing quote tweets, we pull both the main tweet and the quoted tweet.
- If a tweet was deleted, we can't import it.
