Slack integration
Get a Slack message in the channel you choose every time a customer submits a testimonial through your form.
Short answer
Connect Slack from Integrations → Connect & Share, pick a channel on Slack's approval screen, and every testimonial submitted through your collection form is posted there: the customer's name, role and company, star rating, photo, the first 300 characters of the testimonial and a View in Dashboard button. It works on every plan, including Free.

How to connect Slack
- 1In the dashboard, open Integrations → Connect & Share and click Connect on the Slack card (or use the Slack option in a form's Settings tab).
- 2On Slack's approval screen, choose the channel to post to and allow access.
- 3Submit a test testimonial through your form to see the message arrive.

What gets sent to Slack
- Message
- A header — New video testimonial or New text testimonial — then the customer's name, role and company, star rating and photo.
- Testimonial text
- The first 300 characters. Video testimonials note that the video can be watched in the dashboard.
- Rewards
- If the form runs a spin-the-wheel reward, the prize can be included.
- Button
- View in Dashboard, linking to your testimonials list.
Good to know
- One Slack channel per space.
- Only form submissions are posted — not imports, API-created testimonials or approvals.
- Messages are notifications; approving or featuring a testimonial happens in the dashboard.
