By accessing or using VideoTestimonials ("Service"), operated by Pavel Putilin ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

VideoTestimonials is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables businesses to:
- Collect video and text testimonials from customers
- Import reviews from third-party platforms
- Display testimonials via embeddable widgets
- Send email campaigns to request testimonials
- Manage and organize customer feedback
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
VideoTestimonials offers various subscription plans with different features and limitations. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Provide valid payment information
- Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals
Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, taxes, and payment processing on our behalf.
5. Free Trial
We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
- No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Send spam or unsolicited communications
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security

- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
8. User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service ("User Content"), including testimonials, videos, images, and text. By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share any testimonials collected through the Service.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pavel Putilin and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Reviews, Trustpilot). Your use of such integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoTestimonials and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VideoTestimonials and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
