What is VideoTestimonials?

A platform for collecting customer testimonials and putting them to work. You send one link; the customer records a video or writes a testimonial in their browser with no app and no account. You approve what comes in, then publish it as a Wall of Love, an embeddable widget, or a branded image for social.

What does it cost?

There is a free plan that does not expire: 20 text testimonials, 10 video testimonials, one collection space and a Wall of Love embed, with no card required. Paid plans are Starter $24/month, Pro $49/month and Business $79/month. Monthly plans include a 7-day free trial; yearly plans are about 17% cheaper and have no trial.

Is the free plan actually usable, or is it a trial?

It is a real plan with no expiry. Most people run on it until they hit the video limit or want the branding removed. The 10 video testimonials are yours permanently — nothing is deleted when you stop paying, and there is no card on file to forget about.

Do my customers need an account or an app?

No. They open a link, record in the browser and submit. That is the single biggest drop-off point in testimonial collection, so it is deliberately the shortest path we can make it — no download, no sign-up, no login.

Who is this not the right tool for?

If you need branching video flows that take payments or book meetings, VideoAsk does that and this does not. If you want personal video messaging for onboarding alongside testimonials, Bonjoro bundles both. And if you only ever collect written testimonials and want the cheapest possible wall, Famewall starts at $12/month. This is built for teams who collect video regularly and need somewhere to publish it.

Can I bring reviews I already have?

Yes. Import from 20 sources including Google, G2 and Trustpilot, or upload a CSV. You do not have to start from an empty wall, which is usually the reason a testimonial page never launches.

What happens to a testimonial after it is submitted?

It arrives pending and stays private until you approve it. Consent is captured in the flow, so you know what each person agreed to before anything is published. You can edit, tag, trim the video, add captions or turn the quote into a graphic.

Is there a refund policy?

A 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. The 14 days run from the date your subscription starts, including any free trial — so a monthly plan taken with the 7-day trial is charged on day 8 and stays refundable through day 14.
