Microsoft Teams integration
Send every new testimonial to a Microsoft Teams channel as an Adaptive Card, through an incoming webhook URL.
Short answer
Paste a Teams incoming webhook URL into a form's Trigger tab and every testimonial submitted through your collection form is posted to that channel as an Adaptive Card: the customer's name and role, star rating, the testimonial text (first 300 characters) and a View in Dashboard button. Teams notifications start on the Starter plan.

How to connect Microsoft Teams
- 1In Microsoft Teams, set up an incoming webhook for the channel and copy its URL.
- 2In VideoTestimonials, open a form, go to the Trigger tab and find Microsoft Teams under Notifications.
- 3Paste the webhook URL and click Connect.
