NPS Surveys
VideoTestimonials doesn't run standalone NPS survey campaigns. Its forms can ask a 0–10 NPS question (Pro) and a star rating, and send low ratings to a private feedback step so only happy customers continue to a public testimonial.
Ask for a score inside your testimonial form and send unhappy customers to private feedback
Short answer
VideoTestimonials doesn't run standalone NPS survey campaigns. Inside a testimonial form you can ask a 0 to 10 NPS question (Pro plan) and show a star-rating step. With the rating step on, customers who give 3 stars or fewer go to a private feedback page instead of the public testimonial flow, while 4 and 5-star customers continue to record or write.

Key Benefits
NPS question type
On the Pro plan, add a 0–10 'How likely are you to recommend us?' question to any form, alongside your other questions.
Low ratings go private
With the rating step on, a customer who gives 3 stars or fewer is taken to a private feedback page instead of the public testimonial flow. You can switch this routing off.
Happy customers keep going
Customers who give 4 or 5 stars continue straight to recording a video or writing a testimonial, while their satisfaction is fresh.
How It Works
Open your form in the form builder and turn on the rating step.
On Pro, add an NPS question among your form's questions.
Share the form link by email, QR code or on your website.
Read private feedback and approve public testimonials in your dashboard.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I run NPS surveys by email with VideoTestimonials?
Not as a separate survey. You can email your form link with VideoTestimonials' email outreach, and the form itself can ask the NPS question (Pro plan) and a star rating before the testimonial.
What happens when a customer gives a low rating?
With the rating step and the negative-feedback page enabled, a rating of 3 stars or fewer sends the customer to a private feedback page instead of the public testimonial flow, so you hear about the problem directly.
How often should I ask customers for a score?
Ask at moments that matter, such as after onboarding, a delivery or a resolved support case, and avoid asking the same customer more than once a quarter so requests don't turn into noise.
