Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our Free plan lets you collect up to 30 testimonials (20 text + 10 video) with no time limit. Perfect for testing the platform.
What happens if I exceed my limits?
We'll notify you when you're approaching limits. You can upgrade your plan or purchase add-ons to increase limits.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. The 14 days run from the date your subscription starts, including any free trial period. See our refund policy at /refund for details.
Why does the annual plan not include a free trial?
The 7-day free trial applies to monthly plans. Annual plans skip it because the 14-day money-back guarantee covers you for twice as long — if it is not right, you get your money back, no trial period needed.
How does your free plan compare to other tools?
Ours includes 10 video testimonials and 20 text. Testimonial.to's free plan allows 2 video, Famewall's allows 1 video, and Senja's 15-item limit is shared between text and video. Video is the expensive part to host and the part most tools ration hardest.
What happens when I hit the free plan limit?
Nothing you have already collected disappears or stops being displayed. Your existing testimonials keep working on your site; you simply cannot collect new ones until you upgrade or delete some.
What happens to my testimonials if I downgrade?
They stay in your account and your embedded widgets keep rendering. If you drop below the limit for your new plan you will not be able to collect more until you are back under it, but nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden.
Can I buy more AI video credits without upgrading?
Yes. One-time credit packs are available in the dashboard: 20 credits for $10, 50 for $22, or 150 for $52. They never expire and stack on top of your monthly allowance.
Do you offer a discount for nonprofits?
