At VideoTestimonials, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within that period. No questions asked.

When the 14 days start. The guarantee period runs from the date your subscription begins — including any free trial. If your plan started with a 7-day free trial, day one is the day the trial began, not the day you were first charged. A monthly plan taken with a trial is therefore charged on day 8 and remains refundable through day 14.

2. Your Statutory Rights

The guarantee above is offered voluntarily and in addition to your legal rights. It does not limit or replace them.

Paddle is the merchant of record for every purchase, and where consumer protection law in your country grants a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right applies and takes precedence over this policy. In particular, consumers in the EU, EEA, Switzerland and the UK have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, and where a subscription includes a free trial, that period runs from the end of the trial. 4. Refund Processing

All payments are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within:

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
You will not be charged for future billing periods
You can continue using the service until your subscription expires

6. Free Plan and Free Trials

We offer a free plan that allows you to test our service before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to explore the features to ensure VideoTestimonials meets your needs.

Monthly paid plans may also include a 7-day free trial, limited to one per account. Your card is authorized at signup but not charged until the trial ends. Cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged, and no refund is needed. As set out in section 1, the 14-day guarantee period includes the trial days rather than starting after them. Yearly plans do not include a trial.
