Short answer
Paste a Discord channel webhook URL into a form's Trigger tab and every testimonial submitted through your collection form is posted to that channel as an embed: the customer's name and photo, the testimonial text (first 300 characters), star rating, role and a link to your dashboard. Discord notifications start on the Starter plan.

Discord integration: frequently asked questions
Where do I get a Discord webhook URL?
In Discord's Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks. Create a webhook for the channel and copy its URL.
Can different forms post to different Discord channels?
Not today. The webhook is stored for the space, so every form in a space posts to the same channel. Use separate spaces for separate channels.
