Do text testimonials include star ratings?
Star ratings are an optional field you can enable on your collection form. When enabled, the rating is stored with the testimonial and can be displayed as part of the testimonial widget on your website.
Can I edit a testimonial after it's submitted?
You can. Open the testimonial in your dashboard to fix a typo or update the name, role or company before you approve it. Customers can't edit a submission themselves, so ask them to submit again if the content needs to change.
