On HubSpot website pages, landing pages or blog posts, click a rich text module, open the Insert drop-down in the left sidebar, choose Embed, paste your VideoTestimonials embed code and click Insert. Then update or publish the page. This is for showing testimonials on pages you build in HubSpot; syncing testimonials to HubSpot contacts is a separate CRM integration.

How to add testimonials to HubSpot CMS

  3. 3Click Insert → Embed, paste the code, click Insert, then publish or update

Where to put testimonials on HubSpot CMS

Embed code in a rich text module

Testimonials on a HubSpot website page, landing page or blog post.

  1. In VideoTestimonials, open Studio → Widgets, open (or create) a widget, and copy the code from its Code tab (HTML / Script).
  2. In your HubSpot account, navigate to Content > Website Pages (or Landing Pages, or Blog).
  3. Click the name of your page or post.
  4. In the content editor, click the rich text module.
  5. In the left sidebar editor, click the Insert drop-down menu and select Embed.
  6. In the dialog box, paste the embed code and click Insert.
  7. Update or publish the page.

If the script-based widget doesn't render, insert your Wall of Love's Embed Code (an iframe) the same way.

Good to know before you start

  • Pasting a URL in the Embed dialog only works for oEmbed providers; paste the embed code rather than a link.
  • This shows testimonials on HubSpot pages. Writing testimonials to HubSpot contacts is the separate HubSpot CRM integration.
