Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add Amazon Reviews to my Kajabi website?
Import your Amazon Reviews from the Import page in your VideoTestimonials dashboard, keep the ones you want, and they appear on your Wall of Love. Then embed the Wall of Love on your Kajabi site with its embed code (an iframe), or link to its public URL. The Kajabi integration page lists the exact steps for Kajabi.
Do Amazon Reviews update automatically on Kajabi?
They can. Auto-Import checks your Amazon page daily or weekly and adds new reviews to your dashboard; approve the ones you want and they appear on your Wall of Love — and on Kajabi wherever the wall is embedded.
Can I customize how Amazon Reviews look on Kajabi?
Yes. In the Wall of Love builder you choose the layout (grid, masonry, bento, 3D carousel or marquee), the card style, colors and fonts to match your Kajabi site, and which reviews to show.
Will adding Amazon Reviews slow down my Kajabi site?
The Wall of Love embeds as an iframe, which the browser loads separately, so it doesn't block the rest of your Kajabi page from rendering. If the wall sits further down the page, add loading="lazy" to the iframe tag so it loads only when visitors scroll near it.
