Floating Testimonial Widget
A floating button that sticks to a corner of your website. Visitors click it to open a panel with your testimonials. Always reachable, never in the way.
Always-visible floating button that opens a testimonial panel
Short answer
In VideoTestimonials, the floating testimonial button is the Popup widget: a rounded button fixed to the bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right or top-left corner, with your own text and color. Clicking it opens a panel of your approved testimonials. Put it in the corner opposite your chat widget; it's added with the same two-line embed snippet as every other widget.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will the floating button interfere with my live chat widget?
Place it in a different corner. The Popup widget can sit bottom-left, bottom-right, top-left or top-right.
Can I control which testimonials appear in the panel?
Yes. Show every approved testimonial or filter by type (text or video), minimum star rating (3, 4 or 5) or AI-generated tags (Pro plan). To feature one specific testimonial, use the Single widget.
Does the floating widget affect page performance?
The embed script loads with the async attribute, so your page renders without waiting for it, and the panel stays closed until a visitor clicks the button.
