Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add Yelp Reviews to my Thinkific website?
Import your Yelp Reviews from the Import page in your VideoTestimonials dashboard, keep the ones you want, and they appear on your Wall of Love. Then embed the Wall of Love on your Thinkific site with its embed code (an iframe), or link to its public URL. The Thinkific integration page lists the exact steps for Thinkific.
Do Yelp Reviews update automatically on Thinkific?
They can. Auto-Import checks your Yelp page daily or weekly and adds new reviews to your dashboard; approve the ones you want and they appear on your Wall of Love — and on Thinkific wherever the wall is embedded.
Can I customize how Yelp Reviews look on Thinkific?
Yes. In the Wall of Love builder you choose the layout (grid, masonry, bento, 3D carousel or marquee), the card style, colors and fonts to match your Thinkific site, and which reviews to show.
Will adding Yelp Reviews slow down my Thinkific site?
The Wall of Love embeds as an iframe, which the browser loads separately, so it doesn't block the rest of your Thinkific page from rendering. If the wall sits further down the page, add loading="lazy" to the iframe tag so it loads only when visitors scroll near it.
