Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add G2 Reviews to my GoDaddy website?
Import your G2 Reviews from the Import page in your VideoTestimonials dashboard, keep the ones you want, and they appear on your Wall of Love. Then embed the Wall of Love on your GoDaddy site with its embed code (an iframe), or link to its public URL. The GoDaddy integration page lists the exact steps for GoDaddy.
Do G2 Reviews update automatically on GoDaddy?
They can. Auto-Import checks your G2 page daily or weekly and adds new reviews to your dashboard; approve the ones you want and they appear on your Wall of Love — and on GoDaddy wherever the wall is embedded.
Can I customize how G2 Reviews look on GoDaddy?
Yes. In the Wall of Love builder you choose the layout (grid, masonry, bento, 3D carousel or marquee), the card style, colors and fonts to match your GoDaddy site, and which reviews to show.
Will adding G2 Reviews slow down my GoDaddy site?
The Wall of Love embeds as an iframe, which the browser loads separately, so it doesn't block the rest of your GoDaddy page from rendering. If the wall sits further down the page, add loading="lazy" to the iframe tag so it loads only when visitors scroll near it.
