Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add Facebook Reviews to my Framer website?
Import your Facebook Reviews from the Import page in your VideoTestimonials dashboard, keep the ones you want, and they appear on your Wall of Love. Then embed the Wall of Love on your Framer site with its embed code (an iframe), or link to its public URL. The Framer integration page lists the exact steps for Framer.
Do Facebook Reviews update automatically on Framer?
Not automatically. Auto-Import doesn't cover Facebook, so new ones are added when you import them. Your Wall of Love on Framer updates as soon as you approve them, with no change to your Framer site.
Can I customize how Facebook Reviews look on Framer?
Yes. In the Wall of Love builder you choose the layout (grid, masonry, bento, 3D carousel or marquee), the card style, colors and fonts to match your Framer site, and which reviews to show.
Will adding Facebook Reviews slow down my Framer site?
The Wall of Love embeds as an iframe, which the browser loads separately, so it doesn't block the rest of your Framer page from rendering. If the wall sits further down the page, add loading="lazy" to the iframe tag so it loads only when visitors scroll near it.
