The Rating page โ€” form builder

Ask customers for a star rating upfront, then branch to testimonial or private-feedback flow based on the score.

The Rating page asks your customer a single question before anything else: how would you rate us? The rating they give determines whether they continue to the testimonial flow or branch into the Negative Feedback page.

How it works

  • 4 or 5 stars โ€” the customer continues to the testimonial flow (record video or write text, fill in their details, submit). The result is a public testimonial.
  • 1, 2, or 3 stars โ€” the form branches to the Negative Feedback page. Their response is stored privately; it never publishes. (The โ‰ค 3-star threshold is built in and not configurable.)

This split protects you from publishing negative content while still capturing feedback.

Open the settings

Click RATING PAGE on the form canvas. The right sidebar exposes:

  • Title โ€” default: "Do you enjoy using our product?"
  • Subtitle โ€” default: "On a scale of 1 to 5, how would you rate us?"
  • CTA button text

The rating widget is always five stars โ€” no alternative styles (emoji, numeric, thumbs) are available.

Disabling the Rating page

Use the block's header toggle to include or exclude the Rating page entirely. When disabled, everyone goes straight from Welcome to the testimonial flow.
