When a customer fills out your collection form and gives you a low rating (1โ3 stars), the form branches to the Negative Feedback page instead of the testimonial flow. Those private submissions land in the Feedback tab on the testimonial detail page โ they don't publish anywhere public.
Where Feedback submissions come from
In the form builder, the Rating page routes customers who rate 1, 2, or 3 stars to the Negative Feedback block where they write what went wrong. Those submissions:
- Are not published publicly.
- Are not shown on your Wall of Love or widgets.
- Show up in the Feedback tab on the testimonial detail page.
What you see per Feedback entry
- A Private feedback timestamp header.
- The customer's written answer to the Negative Feedback question.
If no feedback has been captured for this customer yet, the tab shows an empty state with an Invite to a form button that jumps to Dashboard โ Forms so you can send them a fresh collection link.
Follow-up workflow
Feedback is captured privately โ no public status flags or team assignments live on this tab today. When you want to follow up, use the customer's email in the left sidebar to reach out, and optionally send them a fresh invite via Dashboard โ Forms.
