The Negative Feedback page โ€” form builder

A separate flow for low-rating responses โ€” captures the feedback privately without publishing anything public.

When a customer rates you below your threshold on the Rating page, the form branches here instead of continuing to the testimonial flow. The Negative Feedback page turns a bad review into actionable intel โ€” without it ever going public.

Why you want this branch

Publishing a 2-star review on your Wall of Love hurts more than it helps. But you still want the feedback. The negative-feedback branch gives the customer a safe place to vent, captures everything you need to follow up, and keeps the response out of your public widgets entirely.

Open the settings

Click NEGATIVE FEEDBACK PAGE on the form canvas. The right sidebar exposes:

  • Title โ€” default: "What went wrong?"
  • Subtitle โ€” default: "We're sorry to hear that. How can we improve?"
  • Placeholder โ€” the hint shown inside the textarea.
  • CTA button text โ€” default: "Send Feedback"

Use the block's header toggle to include or exclude the Negative Feedback page entirely.

Where the responses go

Submissions that land here are stored privately and not published on any Wall of Love or widget. You'll find them in the Overview list; their status indicates they came in via the negative-feedback branch so your team can triage them separately from regular testimonials.
