The Emails tab in the form builder

Email campaigns and templates are managed globally, not per-form. The form builder's Emails tab links out to the workspace-level Email Outreach tool.

The Emails tab inside the form builder doesn't have per-form email settings. All invite templates, follow-ups, thank-you emails, and campaigns are managed at the workspace level. The tab contains a single button that takes you to Dashboard โ†’ Email Outreach, where every email surface lives.

Where to manage your emails

  1. Open Dashboard โ†’ Email Outreach for your space.
  2. Create templates, run invite campaigns, and see delivery history there.

Why it's global, not per-form

Most teams reuse the same invite copy across many forms and want a single place to edit brand voice, signature, and sender settings. Keeping email configuration workspace-wide avoids drift between forms.
