Send email outreach campaigns

Send email testimonial requests to your customers and track their responses.

Step 1: Open Email Requests

1. Log in to your VideoTestimonials account at https://app.videotestimonials.video.
2. Open a space and click Email Outreach in the space navigation. The page is titled Email Requests and has four tabs: Contacts, Templates, Campaigns, and Analytics.

Step 2: Add contacts

1. Go to the Contacts tab.
2. Add email addresses one by one or import a CSV of contacts. Contacts are where your campaigns pull recipients from.

Step 3: Create a template (optional)

1. Go to the Templates tab.
2. Click to create a template. Write the subject and body, use merge variables for personalization, and save.
3. Templates are reusable across campaigns — edit in one place to update everywhere.

Step 4: Create a new campaign

1. Go to the Campaigns tab.
2. Click New Campaign. The Create Campaign modal opens.
3. Fill in:
   • Campaign name
   • Template (pick an existing template or write one inline)
   • Recipients — filtered from your Contacts tab
   • Schedule — send now or schedule for later
4. Click Create Campaign to queue it up.

Step 5: Track responses

1. Go to the Analytics tab to see opens, clicks, bounces, and replies per campaign.
2. Submissions that come back appear in your Overview tab, attributed to the campaign.

Usage limits

• Free plan: 50 emails total (not per month).
• Starter: 300 emails / month.
• Pro: 2,000 emails / month.
• Business: 10,000 emails / month.

The page header shows your current month's usage for campaigns and emails.
