Form triggers — share link, embed, notifications

How to share your form — the public URL, an iframe embed, and Discord / Telegram / Teams notifications when submissions come in.

Updated

The Trigger tab in the form builder has what you need to share your form and get pinged when submissions arrive. Two share surfaces and three notification integrations live here.

Open the Trigger tab

Open any form, then click the Trigger tab at the top of the form builder page.

A copyable URL you can paste anywhere — emails, DMs, Slack messages, tweets. Clicking the link opens the form full-screen in the customer's browser.

  • Click the copy icon next to the URL to grab it.
  • The URL respects your custom domain if you have one connected (e.g. love.yourbrand.com/<formslug>).

Website Embed

An iframe snippet that drops the form directly into a page on your site. The iframe includes the camera, microphone, autoplay, and fullscreen permissions the form needs to record video.

  • Click Copy next to the embed snippet.
  • Paste between <body> tags in your site's HTML.
  • Default height is 800px — adjust if your form is longer or shorter.

Notifications

Discord, Telegram, and Microsoft Teams integrations send a ping whenever a testimonial is submitted. Starter plan and up.

  • Discord — paste a server webhook URL (Server Settings → Integrations → Webhooks).
  • Telegram — provide a bot token (from @BotFather) and the chat ID.
  • Microsoft Teams — paste the incoming webhook URL for your channel.

For broader integrations (Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, custom webhooks) see Dashboard → Integrations.
