AI Insights for a single testimonial

Every testimonial gets an AI-generated insights report โ€” sentiment, topics, pull-quotes, and suggested use cases.

Click any testimonial to open its detail page. The AI Insights tab runs an analysis pass and surfaces the most useful signals from that testimonial in seconds.

What you'll see

  • Sentiment โ€” positive / neutral / negative, with a confidence score.
  • Topics โ€” the product areas the customer talks about (e.g. onboarding, pricing, support).
  • Pull-quotes โ€” the 1-3 most quotable sentences, isolated so you can drop them straight into a widget or case study.
  • Suggested use cases โ€” "Would work well on your pricing page" / "Strong fit for your Wall of Love homepage block".
  • Emotional tone โ€” warmth, enthusiasm, technical depth, formality scores.

How it's generated

We use GPT-4 to analyze the transcript (for video) or text (for text testimonials) along with the metadata โ€” who wrote it, their role, the rating they gave, the form questions they answered.

The insight runs once per testimonial on approval. If you edit the testimonial content, click Re-analyze at the top of the AI Insights tab to refresh the analysis.

Using insights in your workflow

  • The pull-quotes become tag suggestions. Hover a pull-quote and click the + to save it as a highlight.
  • The sentiment score feeds into the Conversion Tracking dashboard โ€” highly positive testimonials consistently drive more conversions.
  • The suggested use cases auto-populate the recommended placement section on the testimonial's share page.

Opt out

If you don't want AI analysis running, switch it off in Settings โ†’ Privacy โ†’ AI features. We'll skip the pass entirely and no text will ever hit the OpenAI API.
