Edit testimonial content

You will learn how to edit the content of your testimonials, including text, author, role, and photo, after importing them into VideoTestimonials.

Accessing the Edit Feature

1. Log in to your VideoTestimonials account at https://app.videotestimonials.video.
2. Open the Overview tab in the space that holds the testimonial.
3. Click the testimonial to open its detail page.

Editing Testimonial Content

Editing is inline — there's no separate modal. On the testimonial detail page:

1. Click the text you want to change (name, role, company, website, testimonial body, question answers). A text input opens in place.
2. Type your edit. Press Enter to save, or click outside the field.
3. Repeat for each field you want to change. Changes save automatically on blur — there's no separate Save button.

Notes

• To replace the avatar, click the customer avatar in the left sidebar and upload a new image.
• To change the star rating, click the stars on the detail card.
• The original source URL (for imported testimonials) is shown with an external-link icon — click it to see the original post.
