Conversion tracking

You will learn how to track sign-ups and revenue attributed to your testimonials using VideoTestimonials' conversion tracking feature.

The Analytics page includes a Conversions metric โ€” the number of form submissions during the selected time period โ€” alongside a calculated Conversion Rate (conversions รท impressions).

Where to find it

  1. Log in to your VideoTestimonials account.
  2. Open a space and click Analytics in the top tab bar.
  3. The Conversions tile sits alongside other top-level metrics. It shows the count of submissions and the conversion rate.

Related metrics

  • Impressions โ€” total widget views.
  • Interactions โ€” clicks, expands, and scrolls on widgets, plus engagement rate.
  • Media Engagement โ€” average watch time on video testimonials.
  • Conversions โ€” submissions attributed to a widget view, with conversion rate.

Setting the time frame

Use the time-range picker at the top right of the Analytics page. The default is Last 30 days โ€” change it to any preset (7, 30, 90 days) and the page updates immediately.

Filtering by source

Next to the time-range picker, the Source picker filters the numbers to a specific widget or wall โ€” useful when comparing how different placements are performing.
