Log in to your VideoTestimonials account at https://app.videotestimonials.video.

Open the Overview tab of a space with at least 10 testimonials. The Improvement Insights panel appears at the top (Business plan required).

For per-testimonial analysis, click any testimonial to open the detail page, then switch to the AI Insights tab. There you'll see sentiment, topics, pull-quotes, and suggested use cases for just that testimonial.

Review the insights provided. You will see various metrics, such as sentiment analysis, common themes, and customer feedback trends.
