Bulk delete testimonials

You will learn how to bulk delete multiple testimonials at once in VideoTestimonials.

Steps to Bulk Delete Testimonials

1. Log into Your Account

   • Go to the VideoTestimonials app at https://app.videotestimonials.video and log in with your credentials.

2. Open the Overview tab

   • Pick the space holding the testimonials, then click Overview in the top tab bar. Every testimonial in that space is listed there.

3. Enter select mode

   • Click the Select button in the toolbar (checkbox icon). Checkboxes appear on every testimonial card.
   • Click the checkboxes on the testimonials you want to delete, or use Select All to grab every testimonial on the current page.

4. Delete the selection

   • With one or more selected, the bulk actions bar appears. Click Delete on that bar.

5. Confirm

   • A confirmation dialog asks you to verify the count. Click to confirm.

Important notes

• Batches are capped at 100 testimonials per request. For more, repeat the process.
• Deletion is permanent — deleted testimonials can't be recovered from the dashboard.
