How to generate highlights

Open a video testimonial from Overview at https://app.videotestimonials.video/dashboard/overview.

In the testimonial detail view, open the AI Insights tab and click Run Full AI Analysis (or Re-analyze if it has run before). The AI transcribes the video and picks out the key highlights. On Pro and Business, this analysis also runs automatically when a testimonial arrives through a form.

Review the results under Key Highlights. To mark a quote yourself, click Edit on the testimonial, select the text in Content, click Highlight, and then Save changes.
AI highlights work on text and video testimonials (videos are transcribed first) and need the Pro plan or above. Manual highlights from the Edit window work on any plan. To show highlights on a Wall of Love, turn on AI Highlights in the wall's Design tab under Content.
