Form Settings โ€” name, duration, auto-approval, auto-tags

The per-form operational settings โ€” form name, max video duration, pause, auto-approve, and auto-tag.

The Settings tab in the form builder holds the per-form operational knobs.

Form Name

Internal label for the form. Customers never see it โ€” it's just how your team identifies this form in the dashboard. Rename any time.

Maximum Video Duration

Cap how long recorded videos can be. Default is 120 seconds. Allowed range: 10 to 300 seconds. Shorter caps force more concise testimonials and reduce storage.

Stop collecting submissions

Toggle to pause the form. A paused form shows a "form closed" message to anyone who opens it; existing submissions are untouched. Turn back on any time.

Auto-approve testimonials

  • Off (default) โ€” every new submission lands in Pending. A team member approves from the Overview tab before it's published anywhere.
  • On โ€” new submissions skip Pending and go straight to Approved. Use this when you trust your audience and move-fast matters more than curation.

Low-rating submissions always land in the private Feedback tab regardless of this toggle.

Auto-tag testimonials

Add one or more tags to every submission from this form. Useful for:

  • Marking the campaign (launch-2026, black-friday)
  • Marking the channel (instagram-invite, email-blast)
  • Marking the cohort (power-users, trial-week-2)

Type a tag and hit Enter to add it. Auto-tags are added in addition to any tags you apply manually.
