VideoTestimonials has four plans: Free ($0), Starter ($24/month), Pro ($49/month) and Business ($79/month). Monthly paid plans start with a 7-day free trial.

Upgrade in Settings → Billing: pick Monthly or Yearly and click a plan. Free accounts check out with Paddle; paid plans switch in place with proration.

Cancel from Settings → Billing → Invoices & Billing, which opens the Paddle portal. Paid access lasts to the end of the period and your data is kept.

Open Settings → Billing and click Invoices & Billing to open the Paddle portal, where you can see past transactions and download invoices as PDFs.

Change your password with Forgot password? on the login page and the emailed reset link. Account email changes are handled by support.

Create API keys in Settings → API Keys, choose Read, Write or Delete scopes, and send the key as a Bearer token to the /api/v1 REST endpoints.

Yes. A REST API at app.videotestimonials.video/api/v1 lists, creates, updates and deletes testimonials and spaces, authenticated with an API key.

Invite teammates from Settings → Team as Admin (can edit) or Viewer (read-only). Only the workspace owner can invite, change roles or remove members.

Set the sender name and reply-to address in Settings → General. To send from your own domain, add and verify it under Custom Domains (Starter and up).
