To upgrade your plan with VideoTestimonials, follow these simple steps to enhance your subscription and access more features.
Steps to Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings โ Billing at https://app.videotestimonials.video/dashboard/settings/billing.

Browse the available plans. Each plan card shows what's included and its limits.

Click the plan you want. Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.

Complete the checkout:
- From the Free plan on a monthly tier: Paddle opens with a 7-day free trial. Your card is authorized but not charged until day 8. You get full tier access starting immediately. Cancel any time in the next 7 days and you won't be charged.
- From the Free plan on a yearly tier: the Paddle checkout opens and charges immediately โ yearly tiers don't include a trial (the yearly discount is the incentive instead).
- From an existing paid plan: we use Paddle to update the subscription in place with proper proration โ no new checkout, just a confirmation.

Once payment succeeds (or the trial starts), your new plan is active immediately and any new feature limits take effect.
About the 7-day free trial
- Available on monthly Starter, Pro, and Business tiers.
- One trial per account, ever. If you used it on Starter, you can't start another trial on Pro.
- Credit card required at checkout. Paddle holds the first charge until day 8.
- Your tier is fully unlocked during the trial โ AI features, team seats, branding, everything.
- Cancel from Settings โ Billing before day 8 to avoid the charge.
Troubleshooting
- Billing page won't load: refresh the page. If it still doesn't load, contact support.
- Payment failed: make sure your card has enough available credit, then try again. You can also click Update Payment on the billing page to change your payment method via Paddle.
