To cancel your subscription with VideoTestimonials, follow these steps to ensure a smooth process and understand what happens to your data.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings โ Billing at https://app.videotestimonials.video/dashboard/settings/billing.

Click Invoices & Billing to open the Paddle billing portal.

In the portal, click Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
After cancelling, your access continues through the end of the current billing period โ you won't be charged again.
What happens to your data
Your testimonials, forms, walls, and integrations stay in place. If you re-subscribe later, everything continues from where you left off. If you want your data permanently deleted, contact support after cancelling.
