Change your email or password

Reset your password via the forgot-password flow, or contact support to change your email.

Change your password

We use a secure email-based reset flow for password changes.

  1. Sign out of your VideoTestimonials account.
  2. On the login page, click Forgot password?.
  3. Enter your account email and click Send reset link.
  4. Open the email we send you and click the reset link.
  5. Enter a new password and confirm. You're signed back in automatically.

If you're already logged in and want to rotate your password, use the same flow โ€” sign out first.

Change your account email

Email changes aren't currently self-serve. Contact support from your current email and we'll update it for you โ€” usually within 24 hours.
