Send a form invite from a customer's detail page

The Invites tab on a customer's testimonial page is the shortcut to send them a fresh collection link.

The Invites tab on a testimonial detail page is the shortcut to send this customer a fresh collection link.

What the tab does

Click the Invites tab and click Send an invite to jump to Dashboard → Forms. From there:

  1. Pick the form you want to send.
  2. Grab the public URL from the Trigger tab or run an email outreach campaign that targets this customer.
  3. Their response will show up under their existing testimonial record.
