Send a form invite from a customer's detail page

Short answer

The Invites tab on a testimonial's detail page in VideoTestimonials is a shortcut for asking the same customer again. It doesn't list past invites; click Send an invite to open Dashboard → Forms, copy the form's Share Link from its Trigger tab or send an Email Outreach campaign. If the customer submits with the same email address, the new testimonial appears on this customer's page.

The Invites tab on a testimonial detail page is the shortcut to send this customer a fresh collection link.

What the tab does

Click the Invites tab and click Send an invite to jump to Dashboard → Forms. The tab doesn't list invites you've already sent. From the Forms page:

  1. Pick the form you want to send.
  2. Grab the public URL from the Trigger tab or run an email outreach campaign that targets this customer.
  3. If they submit with the same email address, the new testimonial appears on this customer's detail page alongside the existing one.

Click Approve on a pending testimonial in a space's Overview tab or its detail page, or approve in bulk. Only approved ones appear on walls and widgets.

Edit testimonial content

Open a testimonial and click Edit to change its name, company, job title, website, rating, answers or text. Email, company and website also edit inline.

Organize with tags and filters

Add tags with Add a tag on a testimonial's detail page, then narrow the Overview list with the status tabs and the Filters panel.

Bulk delete testimonials

On a space's Overview tab, click Select, tick testimonials (or All), click Delete in the bar at the bottom and confirm. Up to 100 per batch.
