The Invites tab on a testimonial detail page is the shortcut to send this customer a fresh collection link.
What the tab does
Click the Invites tab and click Send an invite to jump to Dashboard → Forms. From there:
- Pick the form you want to send.
- Grab the public URL from the Trigger tab or run an email outreach campaign that targets this customer.
- Their response will show up under their existing testimonial record.
