Where to build widgets
- Go to Dashboard → Studio → Widgets.
- Click New widget.
- Pick a layout, then customize in the widget builder — design, content source, animation, filter rules.
How widgets render
Each widget is served as a tiny JS snippet you paste once into your site's HTML. The snippet loads an iframe with the widget content, so it stays sandboxed from your page's CSS. Updates to the widget in VideoTestimonials propagate to every site where it's embedded within seconds.
Filtering what shows up
Every widget has content rules:
- All approved testimonials (default)
- Only testimonials with a specific tag
- Only video / only text / mixed
- Minimum rating (e.g. 4-stars-and-up)
- Specific testimonials hand-picked
Combine rules to target a widget to the right audience — e.g. "5-star SaaS testimonials on my pricing page, 4-star mixed testimonials on the homepage".
