Widgets are the embeddable snippets you drop into your website to showcase testimonials. The widget picker offers 17 types; Bento and 3D Carousel, marked in the table, are Wall of Love layouts rather than widgets. Here's a guided tour.

Where to build widgets
- Go to Dashboard → Studio → Widgets.
- Click New Widget.
- Pick a layout, then customize in the widget builder — design, content source, animation, filter rules.
How widgets render
Each widget is an HTML snippet (a div plus a script tag) you paste into your site's HTML. The script renders the widget directly in your page and loads your approved testimonials every time the page opens, so newly approved testimonials show up on their own. Widgets show testimonials collected through your forms and those added by CSV or manual upload; reviews imported from other sites, such as Google, G2 or social posts, appear on your Wall of Love instead. The widget's design settings are written into the snippet, so after you change a widget's design, copy the code from the Code tab again and replace the old snippet.
Filtering what shows up
In the widget builder's Testimonials tab, Auto-add mode applies these content rules:
- All approved testimonials (default)
- Only testimonials with a specific AI-generated tag
- Only video / only text / mixed
- Minimum rating (3, 4 or 5 stars)
Combine rules to target a widget to the right audience — e.g. "5-star video testimonials on my pricing page, all text testimonials on the homepage".
