Overlay widgets — Popup, Bento, Image Gallery

Updated

Short answer

The VideoTestimonials Popup widget puts a floating button in one of four page corners; clicking it opens a panel with your average rating and a scrollable list of testimonials. You set the button text and color. Image Gallery shows testimonials as colorful quote cards in a three-column grid. Bento is a Wall of Love layout, not a widget type.

Overlay widgets either float over your main content (popup) or rearrange testimonials into a grid of cards (image gallery). Use them for special moments in the user's journey.

Popup and Image Gallery share the standard settings in the widget builder's Design tab — theme, colors, typography, max testimonials. Create them from the Widgets tab of Studio.

A floating button anchored to a corner of the page. Clicking it opens a panel with your average rating, the review count and a scrollable list of testimonials.

Button Position options: bottom-right, bottom-left, top-right, top-left. Customize the button with Button Text (default "⭐ See Reviews") and Button Color.

Good for: e-commerce product pages, pricing pages, checkout flows.

Bento

A mixed-size grid with varied card shapes — one larger feature card, several supporting cards. Modern app-dashboard aesthetic. Bento is available as a Wall of Love layout, not in the widget picker; to put it on your site, embed the wall.

Good for: homepage "proof" sections, dedicated testimonials pages that want a modern feel over a classic grid.

A three-column grid of colorful gradient cards (one column on mobile), each with the quote, stars, the customer's avatar, name and company.

Good for: physical-product brands, hospitality and travel, colorful brand pages.
