VideoTestimonials does not have a working native Zapier integration today, and there is no release date for one. You can still connect VideoTestimonials to Zapier through webhooks, as described below.
What works today
- Webhooks — POST testimonial events (created, approved, rejected, deleted) to any URL, including a Zapier Catch Hook
- Native notifications in Slack and in Discord, Telegram and Microsoft Teams
- The REST API with API keys, listed on the Pro plan
Today: use webhooks + Zapier's "Webhooks by Zapier"
You can bridge VideoTestimonials and Zapier with webhooks:
- In Zapier, create a new Zap and pick Webhooks by Zapier → Catch Hook as the trigger.
- Zapier gives you a unique URL.
- In VideoTestimonials, go to Dashboard → Integrations → Automations and add a webhook pointing at the Zapier URL.
- Pick the events you care about and click Add Webhook.
- Submit a test testimonial so Zapier sees the payload — it will auto-detect the fields. Webhooks sent to hooks.zapier.com use a flat payload with fields such as
customer_name,customer_email,text_content,ratingandvideo_url. - Build the rest of your Zap.
