VideoTestimonials is a testimonial platform: customers record video or write text testimonials in their browser from a form link, with no app or account. You approve them in Dashboard → Overview, import more from review sites such as G2, Google Reviews and Trustpilot, then publish them on a Wall of Love, embeddable widgets or images. The Free plan includes 20 text and 10 video testimonials.

A typical workflow

  1. Create a space for your brand or product.
  2. Build a collection form and share the link with customers.
  3. Approve testimonials as they come in.
  4. Import extras from Twitter, LinkedIn, Google Reviews, etc.
  5. Share — create a Wall of Love, embed widgets on your site, post to social.

Getting started in 3 minutes

  1. Go to Dashboard → Spaces and create your first space.
  2. Set a branded subdomain (Starter and up) or a custom domain (Business plan) on the space's Domains tab. Logo, colors, and fonts live in the Form Builder's Design panel.
  3. Create a form in Dashboard → Forms, customize its pages, and copy the Share Link from the Trigger tab.
  4. Send the link to a happy customer.

Once you have a testimonial, head to Studio → Walls of Love to display it on your site.

Frequently asked questions

Is VideoTestimonials free?

Yes, there is a Free plan at $0 with 20 text and 10 video testimonials, 1 space, 50 emails in total and CSV import of up to 50 rows. Paid plans start at $24 a month for Starter, and each paid plan has a 7-day free trial on monthly billing.

Do my customers need an app or an account to record a video testimonial?

No. Customers open your form link and record in their web browser without installing anything or signing up. The recorder stops automatically at the form's Maximum Video Duration, which defaults to 120 seconds and can be set from 10 to 300 seconds in the form editor's Settings tab.

Which review sites can I import testimonials from?

Dashboard → Import covers Google Reviews, G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, Yelp, Product Hunt, Amazon, the App Store, Google Play, TrustRadius, AppSumo, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit and more, plus an Any URL option for other pages. You can also upload a CSV file.

Create your first space

Go to Dashboard → Spaces, click Create Space and enter a name. Free includes 1 space, Starter 3, Pro 10 and Business unlimited.

Customize your space branding

Set a subdomain or custom domain on a space's Domains tab. Logo, primary color and fonts are in each form's Design panel; walls have their own Design tab.

Invite teammates to your workspace

The workspace owner invites teammates in Settings → Team: click Invite Member, enter an email, choose Admin or Viewer and send. Seats depend on your plan.

Connect a custom domain

On the Business plan, open a space's Domains tab, choose Custom Domain, enter your domain, click Connect, add the DNS records shown and click Check Propagation.
