Invite teammates so you can collaborate on spaces, forms, and testimonials together. Inviting requires Owner role and enough seats on your plan.
Invite a teammate
- Go to Settings → Team Members at https://app.videotestimonials.video/dashboard/settings/team.

Click Invite Member. If the button is disabled, your plan's seat limit is full — upgrade your plan to add more.

Enter the teammate's email and pick a role, then click Send Invite.
Roles
- Owner — full access, billing, team management. Each workspace has one owner (the user who created it).
- Admin — can edit spaces, forms, and testimonials. Cannot change billing or ownership.
- Viewer — read-only access.
Manage existing members
- Change role — use the dropdown next to a member's name. Changes take effect immediately.
- Remove member — click the trash icon and confirm. Their access is revoked instantly.
The owner of a workspace can't be removed or have their role changed from this page.
