Customize your space branding

Short answer

VideoTestimonials branding is set in three places. A space's Domains tab holds the branded subdomain (Starter and up) and custom domain (Business). In the form builder, switching the sidebar from Pages to Design sets the logo, primary color, heading and body fonts, and the Powered by badge. Walls of Love and Image Studio exports have their own design settings.

Your VideoTestimonials branding shows up in three places: on your collection forms, on your public Wall of Love pages, and on every widget you embed. Here's how it's set up and where to find each control.

Subdomain and custom domain — the Domains tab

Per-space URL settings live on the Domains page in the top nav of your space:

  • Subdomain — your yourslug.videotestimonials.video address (Starter plan and up)
  • Custom Domain — point your own domain, e.g. love.yourbrand.com (Business plan)

Logo, colors, fonts — the Form Builder

Visual branding lives inside the Form Builder rather than a separate branding page. Open any form, switch the sidebar mode toggle from Pages to Design, and you'll see:

  • Brand Logo — upload a logo for this form or use the space logo, and toggle Show logo on this form
  • Primary Color — the form's main brand color
  • Heading Font and Body Font — 14 fonts, including Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans, Manrope, and DM Sans
  • Powered By Badge — hide the "Powered by" badge (Starter plan and up; applies to every form in the space)

Frequently asked questions

Can I remove the Powered by VideoTestimonials badge?

Yes, on Starter, Pro and Business. Turn off the Powered by toggle in a form's Design panel, which applies to every form in that space, and turn off Show Branding in a wall's Design tab. On the Free plan both toggles are locked and the badge stays visible.

Which fonts can I use on my collection form?

The Design panel has separate Heading Font and Body Font menus with 14 fonts: Inter, Plus Jakarta Sans, Manrope, DM Sans, Lato, Merriweather, Montserrat, Open Sans, Outfit, Playfair Display, Poppins, Roboto, Sora and Space Grotesk. Uploading your own font files is not supported.

Is a custom subdomain included in the Free plan?

No. A branded subdomain such as yourcompany.videotestimonials.video needs Starter ($24/month) or higher, and connecting a domain you own needs Business ($79/month). Both are set on the space's Domains tab, and the subdomain goes live as soon as you save it.

Does one logo apply to every form?

Each space can have a logo, added through Edit on the space card in Dashboard → Spaces, and forms use it by default. In a form's Design panel you can upload a different logo for that form only, or turn off Show logo on this form.

Go to Dashboard → Spaces, click Create Space and enter a name. Free includes 1 space, Starter 3, Pro 10 and Business unlimited.

Invite teammates to your workspace

The workspace owner invites teammates in Settings → Team: click Invite Member, enter an email, choose Admin or Viewer and send. Seats depend on your plan.

Connect a custom domain

On the Business plan, open a space's Domains tab, choose Custom Domain, enter your domain, click Connect, add the DNS records shown and click Check Propagation.
